How does it work?
Your will receive a first assessment designed to help you evaluate your personal fitness goals. Following your assessment we will analyse the information collected and devise a personal fitness program for you to achieve your goals.
Your Personal Fitness Program will be carefully tailored to your needs to find the best way for you to achieve your fitness goals.
A typical short Personal Fitness Program would comprise a six week course with reviews. At the end of the program you would receive a final assessment from Sarah Sampson your LEVEL 4 Advanced R.E.Ps Instructor.
