Weight loss made easy.
Just aim for a total intake of 1500 calories (average female a day) and average (for a male1800 a day), this equates to a weight loss of 1-2lbs a week.
Aim to exercise 5-6 times per week aim for a minimum of 30 minutes cardiovascular, and some resistance training every other day.
Start slowly gradually and build up, frequency, time,intensity, at your own rate, choose exercise you enjoy.
Eat healthy natural food, when possible and, and cut down sugar, alcohol, salt and fat.
